Food Security
Reducing Hunger
JFCS programs provide food assistance to individuals and families who are facing food insecurity. We ensure that those in need have access to nutritious food, reducing hunger in the community.
Nourish Asbury Food Pantry
Nourish Asbury Food Pantry provides food packages to 300 families a week in Asbury Park. Each week we provide enough food for 6-8 meals for a family of four. Our goal is to provide the healthiest and most sustainable food possible for the less fortunate in the community.

JFCS Nourish Asbury Food Pantry plays a vital role in addressing hunger, supporting individuals and families in need, and promoting community empowerment. It fosters a sense of compassion, unity, and resilience within our community, making it an essential resource for those in need.

Food can be picked up on Fridays at our main office at 705 Summerfield Avenue, Asbury Park. The doors open at 8:00 AM. Food is given to the first people who show up. Each person will receive one bag of fresh foods including eggs, fruits and vegetables, and meat or fish.
Kosher Meals on Wheels
The Kosher Meals on Wheels program provides food to clients who are isolated, frail, and vulnerable. We deliver Kosher meals to clients throughout Greater Monmouth County weekly.
